First Course

Start your meal with a classic, a little heat, or something sweet.

• Creole Comfort Gumbo Chicken, andouille sausage, and rice in a rich, spiced broth.

• Sweet Street Plantains Fried sweet plantains served with our house-made spicy pepper jam.

• New Orleans Boudin Braised short rib with sautéed onions, peppers, garlic, and mozzarella.

Second Course

Hearty, soulful, and full of deep flavor.

• Touché Blackened Chicken Airline chicken breast topped with a herb and wine cream sauce, served over red beans and rice.

• Beef Bourguignon Slow-cooked 8 oz short rib with mushrooms, potato purée, bacon, pickled shallots, and a red wine demi-glace.

Third Course

Finish with one of our rich, house-made desserts.

• Bayou Brûlée Silky crème brûlée topped with fresh berries.
