Now Featuring at Touché French Creole: Grilled Pork Rib Chop

Oct 6
1 min read

The October feature at Touché French Creole is the Grilled Pork Rib Chop, joined by two wines offered by the glass or bottle. All three are listed under Now Featuring on the specials menu.

Grilled Pork Rib Chop

The Grilled Pork Rib Chop is served with apple Dijon demi-glace, onion jam, potato purée, and braised mushrooms. French Creole cooking joins French technique with the flavors of New Orleans. The demi-glace is the French side of this plate, a classic brown sauce reduced until glossy and made here with apple and Dijon mustard.

Hess Maverick Ranches Cabernet Sauvignon

A 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles, California. Its notes include black plum, currant, blackberry, and black cherry, with cardamom, vanilla, and cinnamon toast.

Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc

A 2023 Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. Its notes include pineapple, grapefruit, basil, and cut grass, with a white peach finish.

Reserve Your Table

The Grilled Pork Rib Chop is on the menu through October 31 at 6 N. River St. in Downtown Aurora. Reserve at touchefrenchcreole.com/reservations
